How to use a pen drive as a ram for windows 7 and windows vista?

Windows 7 and Windows vista comes with a ready boost option.ReadyBoost is a disk cache component of Microsoft Windows, first introduced with Microsoft’s Windows Vista in 2006 and bundled with Windows 7 in 2009. It works by using flash memory, a USB flash drive, SD card, Compact Flash, external hard drive or any kind of portable flash mass storage system as a cache. It speed up your PC and you will see the result, reduced application data loading time, reduced shutdown and restart time and many more you can’t imagine without High ram memory.
Configuration Method:
  1. Insert a flash drive (Pen Drive) in the USB port.
  2. Open “Computer” by clicking on “Start” button and clicking on “Computer”.
  3. Right-click on the icon of the newly inserted flash drive and select “Properties”.
  4. In the “Removable Disk Properties” page go to “ReadyBoost” tab.
  5. If you want to dedicate the entire space of your flash drive for ReadyBoost you can select the radio button that says “Dedicate this device to ReadyBoost”. Alternatively you can dedicate any specified amount of space from the flash drive for ReadyBoost. To do this  you can select “Use this device” radio button and in the text box you can specify the amount of space from the flash drive that you want Windows 7 to use as RAM.
  6. Clilck “Ok” buttons on all Windows to accept and confirm your selections and configurations.
ReadyBoost
note:  Do NOT pull flash drive out of USB Port while it is being used as a ReadyBoost device.
Do NOT save any data files on the flash drive when it is being used as ReadyBoost device.
Here is an personal suggestion HP and Sandisk is the Best for this work so what are you waiting for.
