Activate GodMode in Windows Vista/Windows7

A GodMode provides a single place to access all Windows settings without needing to browse options and folders in the Control Panel.
To activate a God-Mode in Windows Vista/ Windows 7:

• Create a new Folder
• Right-click and rename the folder with this name: 
  GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} 
  (Note that you can change the “GodMode” text, but not the code inside the braces)

The folder icon will change with the icon similar to that of control panel— double click it to show the GodMode window:
