There is a Trick to make Virus which can Disable Internet Permanently. To do this follow thesesimple steps : 
1) Open Notepad. 
2) Copy and Paste the following Code into Notepad :

3) Save it as InternetDisabled.bat. 
4) Now it is done. So it is a simple Trick to make Virus which can Disable Internet Permanently.
